It starts with our sales team, our sales team provides a no-pressure buying experience, and always looks to offer you the products that best fit you and your budget. They are dedicated to being able to answer all of your questions and to educate you on the products so you can make the best educated decision for you and your vehicle. The sales team is always available to answer the phones and reply to text messages. When your vehicle arrives for its appointment, we pull it into our shop as soon as possible and get to work. If your vehicle is staying for several days for a big job, we will take progress pictures and send them to you with updates on how the job is going. We strive to have a high communication level with our customers so that they are aware of how their vehicle is doing.
Our shop is fully secured and equipped with surveillance cameras for maximum security of your vehicle.
Our services are completed by using a checklist to ensure we don’t miss anything and to provide a consistent end result. Then our manager will do a final quality check checklist to double-check that everything was completed to White Glove Auto quality standards. When you pick up your vehicle, we allow you time to check out your vehicle, and to ask any questions you may have. We give you care tips on how to take care of the products we applied to your vehicle and provide you with some of the best warranties on the market. That’s only a few of our differences, and we have many more differences, but we suggest just coming by our shop and we will show you what we can do for you. We will beat anyone’s price!
WHEN DID WHITE GLOVE AUTO BEGIN SERVICING CUSTOMERS
White Glove Auto started servicing customers on April 1st of 2015, and no that’s not an April Fools joke. Believe it or not, our very first customer was actually a winner of a giveaway we provided on Facebook. That’s when the ball started rolling. The company was founded by Myron Kirkpatrick and it was just him and his best friend that performed all the services. After a few months, Myron’s father started helping in the business. About 8 months in, Myron got his window tinting certifications and XPEL paint protection film certifications. When White Glove Auto first started we were in a 600sqft shop that was barely big enough to fit a Ford F250. Fast forward to where we are now at the time of writing this and we are now in a 6000sqft facility and employ 15 people. We are extremely grateful and humbled by all of our customer’s support, and we are always looking for more opportunities to grow.
