White Glove Auto is open only on the weekdays (Monday thru Friday) but occasionally will have mandatory overtime for the front end and shop team on Saturdays.  Hours of operation is 8am to 8pm this means for all full time positions, there are 2 shifts, opening and closing shifts. For the part time positions there are opening, mid and closing shifts.  We want to make sure we are a good fit for you!

SHOP EMPLOYMENT

SHOP ASSISTANT (Full Time / Part Time)

The duties of a shop assistant is to make sure all tools and chemicals used are maintained and organized. This position contains a day to day schedule with important tasks throughout the week.  The assistant also helps Automotive Care Associates with small tasks such as clean up or placing large sheets of film on to vehicles.  This position is a great way to get yourself familiar with what we do before going to bigger opportunities for growth here at White Glove Auto. AUTOMOTIVE CARE SPECIALIST (Full Time ONLY)

All Automotive Care Associates are held to the highest standards in quality and workmanship.  White Glove Auto provides an organized training path of each service to ensure all employees are consistent with their work of art.  Within this position you will be learning the skills of our main services that we provide; Window Tinting, Ceramic Coating, Paint Protection Film, and Vinyl Wrapping.  Also, learning the computer software we use for templates along with learning the procedure of using a plotter.  The tools used and you will learn are orbital polishers, squeegee techniques and also using blades to hand cut or trim film.  An important part of this position is a detailed eye and  great communication with the front end team to keep the customers up to date.  This position is a great way to understand the different ways to style, protect and maintain vehicles while building yourself and the skills for success! This position can lead to bigger opportunities for growth here at White Glove Auto. SALES ASSISTANT  (Full Time / Part Time)

The duties of a sales assistant is to fill out service warranties for customers and prepare work packets for the shop team.  During this time you will also learn the main information about the products we sell and their processes.  You will greet and interact with customers by getting their information, talking about our services and also showing them around the shop. The duties of a Sales Associate is all about customer service and high energy.  From answering phone calls / emails, checking in and checking out customers to scheduling and quoting services.  It is very important to have great listening and problem solving skills to help the customer’s figure out their needs and wants.  At White Glove Auto our goal is to make sure all customers vehicles are styled, protected and maintained exactly the way they wanted it to be.  We provide plenty of tools and examples of our products to help educate clients in their choices or items they never thought of.  It is the front ends duties to WOW each customer that comes into the shop with our amazing and knowledgeable front end team.  This position can lead to bigger opportunities for growth here at White Glove Auto.
